I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms, although a bit small, were quite comfortable, beautifully furnished, and impeccably clean. The location was ideal, right in the shopping area with plenty of restaurants nearby. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to the amazing attention of Ladies Francesca, Letizia, and the Brazilian Natalia. The dining experience, while very enjoyable, could be slightly improved. Overall, a great value for money choice in beautiful Florence.
